General Information for Students
Costs of living
In Poland, the official currency is PLN, in some shops it is possible to pay in Euros[€]. The Exchange rate amounted to € 1 = PLN 4,30.
The average daily cost of living should not exceed PLN 50. (breakfast + supper PLN 25, dinner approximately PLN 25).

Meals
On the University's premises, students have the possibility of having meals at Bar "Rogatka", as well as snack bars located in PWUC buildings. The average cost of breakfast is PLN 12, dinner costs PLN 25.
Health care
Students will be provided health care according to the insurance policy provisions. Health care points in Płock:

Services and facilities for special-needs students
PWUC buildings have been adapted to the requirements of special-needs students. The buildings can be entered directly from the street – there are no stairs or there is a ramp. Building A, where the Front Office and the Dean's Office are situated, is equipped with a lift, and it has a properly designed toilet. The same solutions can be found at the PWUC Sports and Recreation Center.
Insurance
Foreign students who do not hold health insurance policies taken out in their countries, may be insured within the National Health Fund. The application for health insurance with the NHF may be filled in by our staff, they will also complete all formalities.
Financial help for students
Pawel Wlodkowic University College in Płock is a non-public school, which is financed with tuition fees. However, it is worth mentioning that the fees are not high and do not change each year.
Foreign students may apply for an allowance from the Polish Government after submitting the appropriate documents.
